MEET THE CHEF
My name is Thiago Niel and I started my career as an apprentice at a Japanese's Restaurants Chain in the south of Brazil in 2015. Since then, I've studied the art of sushi-making, combining textures and flavors while working in a few different places both, in Brazil and in the US, where I had the opportunity to learn from highly graduated Chefs on daily basis, in cities like Florianopolis (Santa Catarina, BR), Laguna Beach and Tustin (California, US). In 2020, I started to promote sushi parties between friends and it soon became the business that I now bring to your home.
