Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES By booking a private sushi experience with Chef Thiago, you agree to the following terms: DEPOSITS & PAYMENT A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the event. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Failure to complete payment may result in further action. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 24 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparation, sourcing, and scheduling commitments. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability. GUEST COUNT Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Increases may be accommodated depending on availability. Decreases within 24 hours of the event will not reduce the total cost. ARRIVAL & SETUP Chef will arrive approximately 2–3 hours prior to the scheduled service time for preparation. Client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and suitable workspace, including access to a kitchen area. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Client must inform of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. While care is taken during preparation, cross-contamination cannot be completely avoided. SERVICE CONDITIONS Service is provided on-site at the agreed location. Unforeseen circumstances such as unsafe working conditions, lack of access, or significant delays may impact timing and execution of the service. LIABILITY By booking this service, the client agrees to release the chef from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE The chef reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
