My name is Thiago Niel
I’m the chef behind My Personal Chef. After more than 8 years working in sushi restaurants, I built my approach around strong traditional techniques while exploring flavors inspired by Brazilian and American sushi styles.
Today, I bring that experience directly to clients through private dining, events, and hands-on sushi classes—creating a relaxed but high-quality experience.
